Our Services
Individual Movement Sessions
Move to Live’s individual sessions are undertaken in our Studio or Clinic movement spaces with the supervision and guidance of your Exercise Physiologist.
We work with you in a collaborative way to create a tailored program to progress towards your movement goals. A great way to familiarise yourself with new movements, gain confidence with your body, and have the support and knowledge of our Exercise Physiologists at your disposal.
Solo Time - coming soon!
The Studio will allow clients to experience ‘Solo Time’ where there are gaps between appointments and only yourself and your Exercise Physiologist in the movement space, allowing you the space and the time you need to feel comfortable during your session.
Perfect for those with sensory challenges, concerns about being around others, and those that need a large, uninterrupted space to be active.
Group Exercise Classes
Move to Live’s classes occur in our Clinic movement space, have a maximum of six participants, and are supervised and supported by an Exercise Physiologist.
All clients have their own individualised movement program tailored to suit their goals and needs.
The vibe is ‘come as you are’ with everyone working at their own level and at their own pace, with no lycra required (unless you particularly want to channel Olivia Newton John).
With 11 classes per week, a Parkinson’s specific class, and early morning and evening classes, there is something to suit everyone’s schedule.
Home Visits
Move to Live’s Exercise Physiologists can visit your home and deliver a tailored movement session in the comfort of your own environment.
Bringing our own equipment and utilising what you have in and around your home, we can create an individualised movement program to suit your needs.
Perfect for clients with transportation challenges, social anxiety, those recovering from surgeries, and anyone who wants to learn how to move their body effectively in their own space. Pet cuddles included in this service.
Hydrotherapy
Move to Live offers hydrotherapy with tailored movement programs on Tuesdays and Fridays. Shared and individual sessions are available on both days and are supervised by our Exercise Physiologists.
Located at Seaford State Swim, the pool is a comfortable 32 degrees and ranges from 0.9m to 1.2m in depth.
A great option for clients who struggle to move freely on land, enjoy the support of the water as part of their movement, or are secretly mermaids.
Please be aware our hydrotherapy location requires the use of steps to enter the pool.
Home Exercise Programs
Whether it’s your main way to move your body, or an add-on to what you are undertaking at the Clinic or Studio, our Exercise Physiologists can provide you with a home movement program to suit your needs.
We can work with whatever equipment you have lying around, or help you to source some helpful new pieces. You would be surprised what we can do with a soup can! Or if you are keen to attend a gym or pool, we can write you a program for there too!
A great option you like the comfort of their own home, those with the ability to continue their movement independently, and those who want to keep the momentum going outside of Move to Live.
Telehealth
For those where making it into the clinic or having a home visit is not an option, Move to Live’s telehealth services mean you can still be supported on your movement journey by our Exercise Physiologists.
This can look like chatting through movement challenges, learning about how movement can benefit your individual circumstances, or undertaking movement together through a screen.
A great alternative for clients with accessibility challenges, invisible illnesses, immune deficiencies, or scheduling issues.
