Say hello to
Ash
Netball gun
Loves the outdoors
Golden Retriever cuddler
Ash (she/her) loves being creative and problem solving with her clients, finding new ways to move their bodies to help them thrive, not just survive.
She loves working with clients on the ‘nothing to something’ and getting those who have reservations about moving their body, or have never had the opportunity to develop these skills, up and moving in ways that work for them.
Ash loves nothing more than teaching a client a new skill and gets beyond excited when they achieve their movement goals in a way that works for their brain, body, and life.
Ash loves camping with her friends and family, travelling the world, kicking butt on the netball court where she plays Goal Keeper for the South Adelaide Panthers in the SA Premier League, and having cuddles with her adorable Golden Retriever, Harley!
