Alex (she/her) is our amazing Practice Manager / Admin Extraordinaire and is the cheery voice at the end of the phone or email when you contact us and the warm greeting from behind the front desk when you visit. She keeps Move to Live running smoothly, sorts out the trickiest of problems, and somehow manages to keep us all on track and Meredith significantly less stressed.

Alex loves her coffee, has quite the knack for baking delicious gluten-free treats, and is currently using all her spare time to study online.
